Our training programs are designed to gradually introduce people to the every day use of front-line strategy. In the beginning, we focus on helping people see their competitive situation from a powerful new perspective. Then we teach them to analyze and discuss their competitive situation with the basic tools of positioning strategy. Then, gradually over time, we introduce them to the more advanced tools of expansion strategy and situational strategy. The specific topics for each of these presentations is customized for your organization from a large list of potential topics.

Our introductory program is  Two Hours on the Front Lines of Strategy. During this entertaining keynote address--often presented by Gary Gagliardi, America's leading authority on Sun Tzu--your people learn what Sun Tzu taught and how everyone can use his system to simplify in their day-to-day decision making.

The next step is our boot camp session is One Day on the Front Lines of Strategy. During this session, your people learn the core techniques of positional analysis and the basic tools and terminology of front-line strategy through discussions, activities, and simulations. .

This leads to Every Day on the Front Lines of Strategy, which is our on-going training program, certifying your people at increasing levels of strategic skill.  The program combines a series of live training sessions with reading assignments and on-line training at the Institute’s Strategy School.
