The Role of All TrainersOrganizational Overview Our trainers deliver the Institute’s training products to the world. The Institute itself does not provide training directly. It simply provides the resources for trainers to do so. Nor does the Institute directly manage trainers, so you must be self-motivated and self-directed. Our trainers all work in a cooperative network. The opportunity that we address is so large that our trainers cannot feel that they are competing with one another for business, but we do encourage them to compete in the respect and credibility that they earn from their contact with other trainers. The most successful and respected trainers become part of our Trainers Council, which sets the policies for the training network as the head of the association. Whether you work as a Master Trainer, Independent Trainer, or Apprentice Trainer, you need to have experience in business and making presentations. You must be professional enough so that you can eventually explore the opportunity, work with our target market, and use our sales methods. As a trainer, you are also required to learn the basics of strategy by going through our all Warrior Class lessons and the other material on the Strategy School site. You are also expected to read and be familiar with all the Institute’s books, especially the Money Speaking, Golden Key, 9 Formulas, and Sales Warrior, which are either derived from or the basis of much of or training material. You are also required to attend a train-the-trainer meeting within the first year of obtaining your license. You are expected to join in regularly on trainer teleconference calls. All trainers share access to the same presentation materials on our trainer membership site and have access to physical samples of all our products. To function economically in the organization, you need to have a functioning credit card on file to receive book shipments and a PayPal account for commissions on referrals. You must, of course, pay your annual licensing fee—or qualify for free licensing—to maintain the right to use and access to our materials. |
